Align your spine for a comfortable sleep with a cervical spine support pillow
It’s taken me awhile to understand that getting good quality sleep is so important to overall health and wellness. As I get older and closer to my forties, I’ve realized my body just cannot function well on less than 7 hours of sleep! But getting good quality sleep without waking up multiple times a night is difficult as well. Having good cervical spine support definitely helps!

I’ve been getting a lot of headaches lately, and I think most of these are tension or stress headaches. Going to the chiropractor for regular adjustments has been helping me tremendously with head and neck pain. But having proper alignment while you sleep is also super important for less pain and better sleep!
A support pillow for cervical spine alignment
When I found out about the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow, I knew I had to give it shot. I had been sleeping on 2 standard pillows for years, but I end up rolling one under my neck to try and help with alignment, and it only makes matters worse. Getting a pillow that helps you align your cervical spine for the proper sleeping position allows you to have a more comfortable sleep position, better sleep quality, and may help lead to less pain in the morning!
Why should I choose a cervical spine support pillow?
So what makes a cervical support pillow so different? These pillows are contoured to align with the shape of your head and neck so that your spine has proper alignment in a lying down position, whether on your back or on your side. However, the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow is the most versatile cervical support pillow I’ve ever personally seen. Here’s why:

The Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow allows you to easily transition from a regular pillow to a support pillow because it features 4 levels of support that allow you to steadily transition as you see fit. The center of the pillow features a head cradle that you can comfortably rest your head inside. The sides are wide enough to comfortably lay on your side, and are firm to help keep the head level.
How does the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow work?
To transition easily, you can start out my sleeping with the side with the least aggressive support and a shallow head cradle. There is a super handy tag on the pillow labeled from A-D that reminds you which level it is so that you don’t have to guess! It’s so smart. Then you can work your way up to a level 4 for the most aggressive support and a deeper head cradle, or you may find the most comfort somewhere in between! Everyone is different, so you can find the comfort level that works for you.

My personal experience with the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow: A review
Personally, I love level 4 (side D) with the deepest cradle. I find it very comfortable to lay on my side as well. It even has channels in the sides so that airflow is easy under your ear. It also can help ease pressure from the jaw. I love this feature because I have TMJ tendencies and sometimes clench my jaw when I sleep.
I’ve used the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow for over two weeks now, and I am so impressed! It can take time to get used to a support pillow if you’re used to a standard one. But I must say, I didn’t have any issues leveling up. I feel like my quality of sleep has been a lot better so far. My neck finally feels like it’s getting the support it deserves.
