I know that my health really needs to be a number one priority in my life. Actually, this is the first time in my life that I’ve gotten more serious about a routine – I mean, I’m not getting any younger, and my health has not exactly been ideal these days! I think as a mom, I feel guilty carving out time to do things alone and put myself first. For one, I don’t have free time. But, I have to get my priorities in check. We make time for things that are most important to us, like kids. However, if we are not in good health and feeling our best both mentally and physically, then what good are we actually doing for our kids?
